1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Tap Delete my account, read what will happen, enter your password and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and ends your sessions on all devices.

If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, email support@foundqi.com with the subject “Delete my account” and the registered phone number. We will confirm the request is yours (with a code sent to your phone) and then delete the account.

Deleted / anonymised: your phone number and your name inside hotels, all your sessions and notification tokens; the account is disabled. You can register again with the same number.

Remains: the hotel’s financial records and booking history (they are the hotel’s accounts and must be kept) no longer linked to your name or phone, and the append-only security activity log, which may contain older snapshots. See the privacy policy.

Hotel owner: Hotel owners can also delete their account in the app: if you are the only owner, your hotel is deactivated and no longer shown to anyone, its data is kept by us and can be restored at your request (contact us). A hotel that has another active owner keeps running.
